Max Level Characters

 Level 10 is usually the Max Level. The only exception so far is Merlin who only maxes at Level 2. There are currently 88 characters that are at the maximum level. There are multiple characters that are still leveling up. Each group of characters that have at least one character at max level shows how many more characters still need to be leveled.
